CM8450 Series is an IO, completely static, OTP based program storage. It uses the architecture of RISC, and most of the instructions are executed in one instruction cycle, and only a few instructions require two instruction cycles. Internal 1KW OTP of program memory and 64-byte data memory; also, CM8450 provides a 16-bit hardware counter, an 8-bit hardware PWM generator, and a common comparator.
