CT8622F/V

CT8622F/V is a dual channel capacitive touch chip specifically designed for electronic cigarettes, used to replace traditional mechanical switches. Made using CMOS technology, with built-in stabilization modules, hardware stabilization, and adaptive algorithms for environmental values, it greatly improves its anti-interference performance. It can achieve touch function with high safety in the presence of media (plastic shell, glass ceramic, acrylic, etc.) for isolation protection. It has a wide working voltage characteristic and can be configured into multiple working modes through external pins. It is widely used in DC consumer electronics products such as electronic cigarette touch control, light control, TWS in ear, etc.

Working voltage: 2.4V~5.5V


Working current: The typical value in low-power mode is only 3uA, while in fast mode it is 6uA (@ VDD=3.0V and no load)


Power on initialization is completed within 0.5 seconds after the power supply stabilizes, during which all functions are disabled. The response time in fast mode is about 45ms, and the maximum response time in low-power mode is about 160ms (@ VDD=3.0V)


Automatic calibration function: Within the first 8 seconds of power on, the reference value is refreshed approximately every 1 second. If there are touch buttons within this 8 seconds or if there are no touch buttons after 8 seconds, the recalibration cycle will be switched to 4 seconds


The longest touch button output time is about 16 seconds (± 25%, @ VDD=3.0V)


Dual channel detection input, dual channel independent output


Push pull output: CT8622F-S/CT8622F-D


Open drain output: CT8622V-S/CT8622V-D, when applied, the output end needs to be connected to an external pull-up circuit (which can be provided by the main control)


The built-in voltage regulator circuit provides stable voltage for the detection circuit to use


Built in jitter removal circuit can effectively prevent misoperation caused by external noise interference


Sensitivity can be adjusted by external capacitance


Can be used on surfaces of media such as glass, ceramics, plastics, acrylic, etc
