CM8663 series is a fully static CMOS 8-bit microprocessor with touch, ADC, and OTP-based program. It uses the RISC architecture and most instructions are executed in one instruction cycle, and only a few of the indirect addressing instructions require two instruction cycles.
CM8663 contains a capacitive touch control circuit with up to 13 keys. In addition, CM8663 also contains 2.5KW OTP program memory and 160 bytes of data memory, a 16-bit hardware counter, two 8-bit Timer2/Timer3 counters and three 11-bit counters (PWMG0/1/2).
