This IC has three detection input channels: ear detection input, touch detection input, and reset voltage detection input. Ear and touch use one output channel each other, and it is fixed as an open-drain output low-level active mode.


CT8622K has two package versions: CT8622K-S is SOT23-6L, and CT8622K-D is DFN2*2-6L. The internal structure and functional modules are the same. The two packages are convenient for customers to choose from different product structures.


Product detail

 Working voltage: 2.4V~5.5V

 Working current: typical value is only 3uA in low power mode, 6uA in fast mode (@VDD=3.0V and no load)

 The power-on initialization is completed within 0.5s after the power supply is stable, and all functions are disabled during this period

 The response time in fast mode is about 45ms, and the maximum response time in low power mode is about 160ms (@VDD=3.0V)

 Automatic calibration function: refresh the reference value about every 1s within 8s just after power-on, if there is a touch button within 8s or there is no touch button after 8s, then
