Overview

BISS0002 is an application specific integrated circuit designed for pyroelectric infrared sensors and is manufactured by CMOS technology. Few peripheral components, reducing cost and saving space. It can be widely used in lighting control, motor and solenoid valve control, anti-theft alarm and other fields.

Characteristic description

◆ Operating voltage range: 2.0V~6.0VDC.

◆ Low static power consumption, less than 50uA when working with 3V power supply, and less than 80uA when working with 5V power supply, which is very suitable for battery-powered system applications.

◆ High input impedance operational amplifier, which can be matched with various sensors for signal and processing.

◆ Two-way discriminator, which can effectively suppress interference.

◆ Built-in reference voltage for reference voltage of internal comparator and operational amplifier.

◆ Built-in delay time timer and block time timer, the timing delay time can be set by changing the oscillator frequency.

◆ Few peripheral components, only need to configure the gain of the first-stage op amp and the RC device of the oscillator can work reliably.

◆ DIP8 or SOP8 package.
