Shenzhen ChinaIC Semiconductor Co.,Ltd. grows out of Lvya Semiconductor Co, Ltd. and established in Taiwan in 1992. The company specializes in designing IC and design center established in Shenzhen in 1997.

In order to meet the demands of Consumer IC and ASIC market, Luhua Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is established in March, 2001. Luhua Semiconductor Col, Ltd. has a united team of technical personnel, technical support from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and tremendous designing strength.
